Nova Scotia
Designer Crafts Council: Representing close
to three hundred individual artisans and craft
enthusiasts. through markets, exhibitions and other
activities, the NSDCC promotes the work of its
members locally, nationally and internationally.

Canada Council for the Arts: Reporting to
Parliament through the Minister of Canadian
Heritage, the council is a national arm's-length
agency which fosters the development of the arts in

organizations, as well as administering scholarly
awards, and having under its aegis the Public
